The Montessori Preparatory of Ocala 

was established in 1996 and serves the Marion County community with classrooms for children ages 3 months through 5th grade. Our school features a Montessori hands-on program from the youngest toddlers to our elementary students. The classrooms feature mixed age groups. Our Preschoolers enjoy working in the areas of Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Geography and more. Special events include: Science Fairs, International Festival, Family Day, Kindergarten Graduation and Honors Night. Our elementary curriculum is a blend of traditional and Montessori education which aids in the transition of school age children to middle schools upon graduation. All our students are exposed to lessons in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
